We get it, plans change! In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 1 day before your activity. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your ticket for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity.
To cancel your booking:
- Go to your Bookings page in the provider you paid.
- Find the booking you need to adjust.
- On the right side, you will see links where you can view/print your ticket, change date or cancel your booking.
- Click the ‘Cancel Booking’ link.
- You will see the price paid along with the refund amount due prior to finalizing the cancellation.
- Once you are ready to cancel, click ‘Cancel Booking.’
- You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation request has been completed.
NOTE: The ‘Cancel Booking’ option will not be available if your tour/activity is designated as ‘Non-Refundable’ as these reservations cannot be canceled or changed.
